Review: Peruvian Godsend – Inspired by El Gordo in Jersey City

If you haven’t lomo-ed, you haven’t lived. The genius behind this dish deserves 4 Michelin stars because ever time I go near lomo saltado, life crumbles. With French fries, rice, red onions, cooked tomatoes and beef all married together under a sauce from god herself, life is different post-lomo. Peruvians have mastered the art of proper white rice better than anyone I know. And with a green sauce that will knock your socks and shoes off, you need to stop reading now.
